Drug seizures data collection training (standard table 13) for Montenegrin participants

This training was organised by the EMCDDA in response to a request from Montenegrin law enforcement authorities for a specific training on drug seizures data collection. The training focused on standard table 13 (ST 13) of the protocol on drug seizures, with the objective of describing the characteristics and trends of drug seizures reported by the EU Member States in order to improve the understanding of drug markets and supply-reduction activities and to report the information in a standardised way. The objective of the sub-indicator is to collect accurate, reliable, comparable and high-quality data on drug seizures that will help to understand the supply side of the drug phenomenon, assess the drug situation, the dynamics of the illicit drug market and the effectiveness of supply-oriented policies.
